APPLIED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

Overview

Introduction

In today’s globally competitive industrial landscape, organizations are constantly seeking ways to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and ensure maximum equipment reliability. One area that significantly contributes to these goals is Maintenance Management. Proper planning and execution of maintenance activities can reduce downtime, improve equipment availability, and enhance safety and cost efficiency. This comprehensive five-day course introduces participants to modern maintenance strategies, proven planning techniques, and best practices in maintenance execution. It emphasizes data-driven decision-making, the use of CMMS systems, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve operations. Through hands-on learning, real-world case studies, and interactive discussions, participants will gain actionable insights and tools that can be immediately applied in the workplace to optimize maintenance operations and support organizational goals.
